Blue Screen of death

Everytime i try to shutdown the pc this blue screen pops up and shows that i have an error and windows needs to restart.its showing a system _service_exception Hmafx......then some numbers...its recurring every day...i am not able to find which of my drivers i have to uninstall and update..please help....
i have an amd radeon hd 8500/8730 driver version 13.251.0.0

have you spot checked your RAM... remove one stick boot up and test... swap sticks repeat...

run a stress test/ benchmark to see a failure oint?

can u please explain the procedure to do these steps......also i am not able to update my windows....when i click on update now... it shows that it is installing the update but nothing is happening....moreover when i tried to click on restart and update during shutoff the comp shows installing update 1 of 3... i kept it for 4 or 5 hours and still no change....please give me a soln....

i saw a memory.dmp file in my c drive how do i open it....its about 650mb....
