Blue Screen of Death

Post your complete and detailed build including OS.

Post your readings - from bios or mobo utility software or HWInfo - for your 12v, 5v and 3.3v power supply rail voltages

Do a Checkdisk

Do a Virus Scan eg Avast, Malwarebytes

Check all the Devices in Device Manager are working properly and that their drivers are up to date.

Checkdick - Explain what exactly do I need to do here, no clue sorry!

Virus Scan, etc - I've done a scan and it came up empty although I've also just a week or so ago formated my PC so I doubt malware, viruses or such are the issue.

Check all the devices, etc - Checked all of them, all said they work properly and when I clicked update driver, said its up to date.

every bugcheck you show indicates a status code 0xc0000005 which is a bad memory address
either your binaries are corrupted (malware)
or you have problems with your memory or BIOS memory timings

update BIOS or reset it to defaults, boot memtest86 and confirm your memory is working as expected.
if you don't find a problem, boot windows, run cmd.exe as an admin and run
sfc.exe /scannow
and confirm all of your files are ok (not corrupted)

run malwarebytes scan if your copy of win32k.sys is corrupted.

if you are by chance running windows 7 build 7600
you will need to install windows 7 service pack 1 +updates. (sorry, I could not tell the version without looking at the memory dump file)
