Hello,
Im new to this forum so here's my specs: Athlon 64 X2 5000+, Geforce 9500GT(asus), WinFast K8T890M2AA
So i am an old XP user but i cant stand anymore that dx9 bcs i cant play some games
So today i installed Vista SP2 Ultimate i installed driver for graphics, sound was there so i didnt installed nothing for that.Problem is i have original drivers for my matherboard but they are for XP and i cant found for vista on the internet.I want to say this becouse i think this is the problem.
The problem is when i play games i get BSOD but not all games only the games works in DX10 or 11.I tried win7 but there is bsod too.Games works fine on XP ex. Euro Truck SIm 2 works fine in XP but bsod on vista/win7.I will upload minidump so you can help me.Maybe its bcs i dont have drivers for motherboard but im not sure.http://www.mediafire.com/download/z3bt245ithka607/Mini080415-01.dmp

Your video drivers are crashing - nvlddmkm.sys it's a 0x116 stop error. Which can also mean it's faulty

This file is also old AGRSM.sys from 2006. Looks like its for a V.90 modem. Old drivers crash windows

This file amdk8.sys is also old / from 2008

You may have to replace the videocard. Or build another more recent system

More recent like 8 or 10 ? I had windows 7 and there was same problem as here on vista.And ok i will replace, i see you know a lot can you tell me why is everything working great in XP ?

What BIOS is on it? Altho this may not fix the crashing

Looks like it's never been updated if this is the motherboard

The videocard maybe faulty. Because of the stop error youre getting

I installed Fox LiveUpdate and its updated BIOS to 13/5/2008 and i dont know why but i feel my PC is working faster
Windows booted and loaded much faster than before and whole PC works faster

BIOS updates can fix a lot of bugs.. See if it continues to crash now then. Since you've updated it

Played 2 games, they were crashing after 5 minutes of playing now they didnt i hope it will works
