Blue screen of death

So i get the Blue Screen of death when the PC is starting, as soon as some programs are loading the blue screen suddenly appeares (for example after Steam finishes loading).
I get this message after i restart my comp in safe mode, NOTE: It works just fine in safe mode.

try running http://www.memtest86.com/ on your ram. Any errors are too many. replace stick if you get any. IT creates a bootable USB so no need for windows
