blue screen of death

My laptop is stuck on blue screen error loop... Can't go to boot using f8 and it gives stop code: NTFS error file... Keeps restarting to the same blue screen preparing for automatic repair.... Need solution on how to get to advanced options to get to c prompt...

Can you please follow the steps in the second section of this tutorial to boot Windows to Command Prompt externally?

Once in the command window, you can either type the BCDEDIT /SET {DEFAULT} BOOTMENUPOLICY LEGACY to enable the Advanced Boot Options menu (that you can access by repeatedly pressing the F8 key during the computer startup) or type the SFC /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\WINDOWS command (assuming that Windows 10 is installed on the C:\ drive) to automatically fix the issue?

Thanks for your help...
However am getting response as windows resource protection could not start the repair service...
Still stuck in the loop
