Blue screen of death

I started getting BSOD when i run the Norton full system scan. I also noticed that when my computer is booting right before it shows the users the screen loses power and then turns back on and then its ok. I recently changed cases and added a Nvidia graphics card. This is the message i get afterwards:

Hi,

Reset your memory.Remove 1 stick of ram and check with it.Similarly remove another and check,if u are running memory in dual channel mode.

Reformat your PC to build 1709 win 10.

Now i have installed Bitdefender and i was able to perform a full system scan and it was when computeer was idle i got a blue screen and now it was 0x0000001e. I looked that up and its RAM isnt it?
