blue screen of death

hello fellows i am facing the issue which says your PC ran into a problem we are collecting same ,,, there is a blue screen also there is a qr code.it also shows stop code:critical process died.
the blue screen shows whenever i shutdown the PC, sometimes it shows when i am browsing.
i am facing this issue from the last week almost everyday

It means that your compute ran into a serious error that the OS can't handle and so it shuts down, try using BlueScreenViewer, it shows up the error you had before your PC went to the blue screen.
