Blue Screen of Hell

Let's start with my PC specs:

MOBO: Dell 0ry007
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16 GHz
GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 750 TI OC 2 Gb
RAM: 4x1 Gb of Geil DDR2-800
Storage: 1x WD Black 500GB and 1x Kingston SSDNOW V300 120 Gb
PSU: Antec Basiq 450W

So i made quite a bit of troubleshooting.

First i tried my RAM memory sticks to see if they are faulty.I tested them with Windows Memory Diagnostic first and got no problems, then I tried MemTest 86 (ran for 2 hours) and i got the same result: No problems.

Then I checked my SSD (on that i have the OS) with chkdsk /f - got 0 errors ,then tried sfc /scannow - got 0 problems, and then tried CrystalDisk - got a 100% healthy SSD and a Good HDD

Then I thought my PSU fails (at that moment i had the original ACbel 300 W) and changed with this Antec Basiq 450 W.

Then I tried the GPU and here are some question marks (??????????).I ran furmark 5 times (4 times ran for 30 minutes and 1 time for 1 hour) with Xtreme Burn-In setting, 8xMSAA and max resolution (1440x900) and the card run at 62C average temperature and never crashed ,just the fans got louder, which is normal. But here is the thing sometimes i get BSOD's caused by dxgmms1.sys and nvlddmkm.sys ,so DirectX and Nvidia Driver.

Tested the CPU with prime 95 and nothing happened also tested with Furmark -CPU Burn and nothing happened aswell but the temperature was 65-68C which is a bit HOT but the CPU can handle it.

Motherboard I have no idea sincerly. :(

Bugchecks are : page_fault_in_nonpaged_area , driver_irql_not_less_or_equal and apc_index_mismatch caused by win32k.sys , ntoskrnl.sys, dxgmms1.sys and nvlddmkm.sys

I get the BSOD's when i play games but not too often, although I get them always when I'm watching Twitch Streams at Source quality

There you go folks. I ran out of ideas honestly :(.

5.I'll try

Oh i tried driver verifier some hours ago there were a bunch of BSOD's 0xD1 and 0xD5 and one time APC_INDEX_MISMATCH with 0x1

1 time nvlddmkm.sys crashed then NETIO.sys crashed then 1 time aswsnx.sys (avast related) and 4 times aswNdisFlt.sys (avast again)

Bumping after 3 minutes is a bit pushy and won't increase exposure / answers. Also answers to above questions would hep narrow it down.

Each of them is it's own problem and has to be addressed individually. My usual approach is to take the stop error code i.e "STOP 0x00000124" and do a yahoo search ... works most of the time.

Avast is suspect as its activity can cause a host of issues.... I'm having similar issue with BitDefender on one box.

Got again a BSOD but this time has more clues in it ....
This time was caused by ctaud2k.sys which is my creative sound card. In the past i moved my microphone on the onboard audio because on the creative card was making buzzing noise.
I don't get BSOD's from stress tests maybe because there is no sound but on twitch and games it is ...
