Blue Screen on New Pc Build

Hi, I just finishied my pc build and I keep reciveing blue screen. Why ?
Specs :
Motherboard : ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0
CPU : FX-6300
GPU : ASUS R9 270 DirectCU II
Memory : Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Rev. A ( 1 x 4 )
HDD : WD10EZEX
PSU : Sirtec High Power Plus 500W

I have the lastest GPU driver.
I have the lastest Audio driver.
I have the lastest Bios Update.

Well since you didn't tell us when it happens or what it says I'm going to go ahead and say that psu is junk.

Is there any more information about the bluescreen you could provide? Such as what you are doing at the time, what the blue screen actually says and the information from the event viewer?

I recieve blue screen when i install something and in the meanwhile i watch a movie or i download something and i watch a video on youtube.Stuff like this.

all but 1 : 21.Have you tried resetting the CMOS? The motherboard manual will have instructions for your particular board.
What does resetting the CMOS means ?

what do you mean by clean install ?

Did you install Windows on the HDD while it was in this PC or was Windows installed before the HDD was plugged in?

Well if none of the steps helped you, try re-installing Windows. If that won't help, try replacing the PSU.

It shouldn't matter, but if you have any spare ddr3 sticks laying around, you could always try those.

Either Windows is corrupted or some of your hardware might be faulty.

i tried like 5 windowses.i even tried windows 8.1.same thing...

Well any stability test are out of the question since the crashes seem to be random...

I think the only option here is to replace your parts one by one (borrow parts from your friends if you can) and see what helps. I'd say the first thing to try is the PSU since it's a poor quality one and should be replaced even if it was working.
