Blue Screen on start up

So I recently bought some new computer parts.

Asus H81M-E
i5 4460 LGA 1150
GTX 750 FTW 1gb

I installed everything and when i loaded it up, my computer would get to the point where it shows the Windows 7 logo doing its thing, then my computer would freeze, blue screen and then instantly restart. There isnt enough time for me to look and see what the error is. I tried swapping the RAM and GPU... same thing. I tried to load it in safe mode but it wouldnt even do that. I tried a restore and that didnt do anything. Chkdsk didnt reveal anything... I even tried different hard drives to see if that would help but i got the same thing. I dont know if its a hard ware thing or what.

so the current instalation was on the old hardware right?
if so maybe try to do a fresh windows instalation
