Hey everyone,

There was a power outage for a second or 2 and after that my pc booted into a blue screen with the message that my pc has run into trouble and needs to restart.

unfortunately, it gets stuck on 100% and won't continue. There's a stop code that says: Driver Verifier IOmanager Violation.

I tried doing an automatic repair, system restore but it didn't work.

I can't seem to log into my account so I can't try anything else as far as I know

Solution
on the screen before the login screen, where you click mouse to bring up logon box, click the power button in bottom left of the screen
while holding shift, click restart button
this loads advanced startup
see if we can turn off driver verifer and get into windows -
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode (you will need login info so I assume you know password, it just wasn't working)
Now open command Prompt
type verifer /reset and press enter
restart PC

we can see what driver verifer tripped over if you continue to get BSOD by setting this up:
Can you follow option one...

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)
