You're not giving us much to go on here! Or is this a test?

It's unwise making a diagnosis based on just one minidump, but the problem in this dump is a USB port . The actual error was that a timeout occurred waiting for the port state to change. This indicates that some sort of transition was going on at the time, a power transition from sleep to wake perhaps?

All I can tell you here is that this BSOD was caused by a USB port issue. You'd need to provide a lot more details on your specs and on what you were doing at the time. And more dumps if you have them.
