blue screen ( pnf lists & irql ) pls help

Greetings,

So i've been getting blue screens. this happened before, and i changed the DDR3 voltage from 1.50V to 1.56V, and the blue screens stopped.

This was when i was using ASUS GTX 750 STRIX. Recently i changed my GPU to Asus GTX 970 STRIX, and the blue screens came back whenever i play games ( dota2/ Cs). Sometimes i get ( PNF lists corrupt ) and sometimes i get ( IRQL not less or equal). i tried twerking the voltage to 1.60V and then back to 1.50V but to no avail. Blue screens still happens no matter what voltage im using..

I've updated all drivers using " slimdrivers " so i dont think its a drivers issues. since these happened in both GPUs.

my current specs :
windows 7x64 ultimate
Gigabyte H97-gaming3 motherboard
i7 4790
Asus GTX 970 Strix
Samsung SSD 840 evo 250GB
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 4GB x 2
Corsair CP-9020077-UK Builder Series 650W CS650M ATX/EPS Semi-Modular 80 Plus Gold Power Supply Unit
