Blue screen problem. Cannot fix. Any help?

I have a problem with windows vista. States to operate in safe mode. Everything I tried reverts back to the blue screen. What can i do. Cannot afford to purchase windows vista. Any help wouold be appreciated.

Thats not the right error code. it should look something like this

Since it doesn't occur in Safe Mode, then you likely have a driver or software issue. AVG is a likely culprit; if you have it installed, uninstall it and see if the blue screen goes away.
