Blue Screen problem

Hello, I have a big problem here. My pc restart with blue screen and after the restart it works perfectly as it should. After 20-30 minutes same thing happens. I cant even guess this is a hardware or a software problem. Please help me. :cry:

Ok, here is what you have to do, when windows boots again, run it in safe mode. If the blue screen of death ( bsod ) happens in safemode, then it is likely the problem with your hardware, like the RAM or GPU.

its a blue screen viewer, all you have to do is open the minidump folder in windows folder in C drive and tell us the problem you face which you see in the blue screen viewer.

I use windows memory diagonostic tool and it says hardware problem detected. Should i call manufacture and change my ram? I used it only 2 months.

If one RAM is not working properly, then that's your problem. I had this same problem and all I did was remove the one that was faulty and sent it for repairs. Check if the bsod still appears after removal of the faulty RAM stick
 


bsod does not appears after removing the faulty one. I am going to send faulty one for repairs. Thanks guys. :)
