[SOLVED] Blue screen problem

My computer screen get freeze. it is saying that ( your pc ran into problem and need to restart we are just collecting some error info and then we will be restart for you).
Help me if anyone know.

We're going to need more information. Please include your system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Case:
OS: include the version of OS if you're on Windows 10

Also, include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. You might want to see if you can boot to BIOS and remain there indefinitely. While there, check and see which BIOS version you're on at the moment.

Hi there I was getting the same error on my hp elitebook. I was able to fix this issue by booting into and then updating the drivers from the manufacturer website by following the steps from here - https://droidtheory.com/fixed-thread-stuck-in-device-driver/ . You can try other steps from the post to fix this issue.
