Blue screen problem

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a problem I'm having with my pc crashing and blue screening.

The error message I get is - STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0FFFFFA8006E15380, 0xFFFFFA8006E15660, 0xFFFFF8000377E510).

My computer doesn't seem to be creating a mini dump folder either. Underneath the error message I get the following;
Collecting data for crash dump...
Initialising disk for crash dump...

And then nothing. I've tried running various HDD checks and all say my hard drive is working correctly, I'm using a OCZ Vertex SSD

I can use my computer for roughly 5 minutes before it decides to crash, this happens in safe mode aswell, my suspicions are that is is a hard drive problem but would really appreciate it if somebody could lend a hand.

Update the firmware on your SSD to the latest version.
Update the BIOS on your motherboard to the latest version.

Thanks for your reply. I have updated both the firmware on the SSD, which didn't solve the problem and updating the BIOS on my motherboard gives me a critical error.

Error message - STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc000012f 0x00100550).

Not quite sure what to do now, any suggestions?
