Blue screen reboot: 7001

This is the issue, as soon as computer starts and logs into windows, a blue screen appears saying something about a possible hw error and then it shuts down. Repeting this cycle endlessly. I found the error in the events log: 7001.
I have tried running a disk check for errors amd creating a new windows user with no success.
I could start in safe mode without computer rebooting though.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
 
Solution
no idea what "Equipment Examiner Service" actually is. but the error indicated that it did not start because server service did not start. maybe some corporation asset tracking application?

computer management->services->server
dependency tab shows 2 dependencies to start the server on my machine
(both have sub dependencies)

The Equipment Examiner Service depends on the Server Service, which could not be started due to the following error:
7001: The dependency service or group failed to start.
