Blue screen says computing memory then PC restarts and stucks

I am having a problem with my PC that when I started my PC after sometime a blue screen error appeared says computing memory and then PC restarts and while restarting it stucked and after that I couldn't start it because now it sticks as I turn it on before windows wallpaper appears
