My computer has blue screen'd a few times with the above error message. upon checking Event log i'm seeing this.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffb4892f779028, 0x00000000be000000, 0x000000000100110a). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: e7cdfefb-167c-40d9-a5b6-a1e1cdf12d47.

Also seeing some Disk errors
The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block.

The device, \Device\Harddisk3\DR3, has a bad block.

So thinking it might be a good idea to get a image of my PC. (any recommended Software for this, Prefer free)

and anything i can do to help with the Blue screens?

Solution

I have seen similar errors when the hard drive is failing or 'Fast Startup' is somewhat incompatible.

Disable 'Fast Startup' and see if it helps.
Go to "Control panel click "Power options'.
On the left pane Click 'Choose what the power buttons do'.
Click the 'Change settings that are currently unavailable' link
Under 'Shutdown settings' uncheck 'Turn on fast startup'.
Reboot

Thanks, the back up in windows only wants me to use drives but it doesn't recognize any of them?

So might have to use one of these tools. you linked. Any idea on the error messages? I'd like to know why it's crashing
