Blue screen when overclock asus p4c800 deluxe

after overclock my motherboard to 20%, i got a blue screen error((

MotherBoard: Asus P4C800 Deluxe

CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz Cache 512k

RAM: 3GB( <2x 512MB Model: KVR400X64C3A/512> & <2x 1GB Model: KVR400X64C3A/1G> )

HDD: WD Raptor 74GB 10k RPM, Hitachi 250GB 7k200RPM S-ATA

VGA:MSI MS-StarForce GeForce FX 5600 XT (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 XT 128MB)

Errmm...... What about not overclocking your mobo like this in the first place?

Just overclock in small steps.

Technically, you need to loosen RAM timings, raise voltage if necessary.

if i removed the 512MB's RAM's, do you think it will work correctlly ?
