Blue screen when waking up from sleep

Ok, so sometimes when I wake my computer from sleep after 4-5 hours, it will blue screen. Other times, it will be fine. I have run memtest and it passed so I know it is not the RAM. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe some of virus. Did you updated your antivirus? Or maybe your HDD need to check.
