Likely to find some warning or error code that occurs just before or at the time of the crash.

i dont overclock anything, and it usually takes about 20 minutes. my temps get up to about 60 degrees on my cpu and 70ish on my gpu

my bios were not up to date, ill update them and see if i still have problems

Well then your RAM should be fine. Hm, i would consider reinstalling windows, just to be sure its not that.
Otherwise maybe the GPU, CPU or your MOBO is faulty.
