Solution
Since i have same problem i found tempory solution as reinstall your GPU to different Pci slot.

Nvm, that doesn't works. So far i tried:
Change PCI-E slot
Change memory slot
Reset Bios
Update Bios
Overcloak everything to max (4 GHz CPU, 3 GHz memory 15-15-15-30)
Downclock everything to min (3 GHz CPU, 1.8 GHz memory)
Reinstall OS
Reinstall driver (LAN, chipset, video)
Install old video driver

I did 3Dmark (both extreme and normal), Cinebench, memtest64 (40 loops), Video memory stress test (5 full loops), EVGA OC Scanner (30 mins on Furry E (GPU memory burner::3072MB)).
NOT. A. SINGLE. CRASH.

But after 5-10 mins in MikuMikuDance my PC crashes with D1 error.

P.S. Problem started after i change Air cooling to water cooling. After i...

Got new GPU, no change.

maybe is from my win or unstable bios or ram who knows

sorry for my bad english
