Blue Screen with CPU

Hi, I've run into a problem with my computer blue screening whenever I play games. I thought I had it fixed, but it started happening again. I've run Prime95, and determined that the issue is from the CPU, as the computer BSoD'd after 2 minutes of CPU stress testing. I was wondering what my next course of action should be. Here's the picture of the blue screen.

Also, my specs are:
CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: GTX 970
Motherboard: Asus H97 Pro Gamer
RAM: 16 Gb
I also have a wireless TP-Link N900 PCI adapter, model number: TL-WDN4800

I'd appreciate any help, I don't know whether to send it back or try to fix what I have.

Check the temp and make sure that the heat-sink is secured... happened to me with my 4790k
