Blue screen with msi 970a-G43

so i have a new motherboard after problems with the last and i reinstalled windows i updated some driver restarted and got a blue screen it wont let me use startup repair all it does is send me to a blue screen.my hard drive is a 1tb western digital blue
Cpu Fx6300 3.5ghz
Ram coarsair vengeance 8gb 400watt evga power supply
motherboard msi 970a-g43
Graphics r7 240 2gb

ive had this motherboard for about 1 month and this is the first problem ive had with it

The board quality is very poor.

The MSI 970A G43 has a lot of issues , poor power and thermal design.

This board is not a good choice....Not what you want to hear but tends to have a lot of issues.
