Blue screen with ubohci.sys

Hello guys i recently had a problem with my disk. As it was booting windows after the starting windows flag there was a BSOD with ubohci.sys written. I boot into safe mode and searched for this file in the local disk. I found two of them.

The faulty one was in the address C\Windows\System32\drivers

and the other one is

I deleted the first one and it normally booted. What did it cause this problem? I also have now in

device manager a device with a warning sign. The device is this

How can i prevent my computer creating this file again?

Dissable 1394 or firewire in your bios.

you might be able to get a updated driver from their website
http://www.unibrain.com/product-category/development-drivers

but if chip is on the motherboard, you should be able to disable it in BIOS.
if it is an addin card you can pull it out of its slot.

more than likely your are not using 1394. It is usually for video capture off a camcorder. Just disable it.
