my computer is often blue screen is it because it uses CPU Xeon X5460 ?. my motherboard is g41 lga 775 DDR3 . is it because i didn't update the microcode? please answer thanks

Can you go more in depth on what you do when it goes into a blue screen, when it happens and what is it? Is it a BSOD error or something else. Please provide more details?
