Ok so here goes.

Earlier today I clicked on a download link that was quite peculiar, my windows defender flagged it but I didn’t think it was harmful as Windows defender usually flags anything I download. But I was wrong. Afterwards random pop ups started opening for example CMD, Disk cleaner and other strange applications which I haven’t authorised and asking me for Administration.

This led me to restart my pc which was a mistake i then booted back up and got a purple screen on the desktop and that was followed by a blue screen (of death).

I booted With F8 and tired to reset everything which led me to ‘there was a problem resetting your pc’

also repair is not working.

the worst part is my pc is 2 days old and I’m afraid I might have to buy another HDD an SDD if they are corrupted.

can anyone help me please

Looks like you got infected by malware, virus, etc. Try to boot into safe mod without networking and if you can get in uninstall suspicious programs, run scans and all that. If its something bigger which it might be, then you can easily erase the HDD/SSD and reinstall windows.

You wont have to buy a new HDD or SSD.

Do that. That is probably the best option for you since we don't know what you were infected with.

Be careful surfing ;)
I have a feeling that the drives are still compromised because shortly after installing windows I was presented with a light green screen, I’ve decided now to factory reset all drives and erase everything, hopefully this will help
