Question Blue Screen

Hello. My computer has the blue screen of death every week or so.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2600X
Radeon 5600 XT Sapphire Pulse
ASRock B450M Pro4
2x8GB G.Skill RipJaws RAM
1 TB WD Black
1 TB QVO SSD
3TB Seagate
Windows 10 Home

I think my temperatures are OK. If there's any INFO I can provide let me know. The blue screen doesn't really have an error code.

If I buy a tuneup software program can that work?

And my harddrives are pretty much 100 percent used up maybe that has something to do with it. I'm planning on buying a new harddrive so I will re-install windows and buy wipe the harddrives.
