Blue screening everytime i try boot. even when booting off usb

so i need some advice on what i should next! i booted of windows install usb to do i mem test after it randomly blue screened on me and it keeps blue screening. please help. any advivewill be appreciated heaps!

ummm i dont think you understand... I CAN NOT GET INTO WINDOWS TO DO ANYTHING. it blue screens everytime i boot. first started about 1 hour ago when i was on facebook and now i cant boot to anything. not even windows installation
