My System:
Msi A320M Pro vds motherboard
Amd Ryzen 5 2400G with Vega 11 Graphics
Gskill 2x4GB 3200Mhz ram
300w psu

So in my ram's specifications it's defined as 3200Mhz @1.35V and 16-18-18-38. It's default is 2133Mhz with 1.20V.
I tried using xmp settings and putting the value manullay but it blue screens after a few seconds in windows. I tried for both 2933 Mhz and 3200Mhz. When it doesn't give me a blue screen i go into a game and try it for like 1-2 minutes and computer crashes with some weird graphic errors on screen. What can i do to solve this situation?

PSU is my first thought.

Make and model PSU? Age, condition?

Add up the power demands being placed on PSU via all of the computer's components and add 40% more to that total.

Some combination of PSU degradation and power demands may have hit a wattage threshold that the PSU is unable to or no longer able to provide.

This my psu, i think it's like 6 years. I calculated the psu need of my system by cooler master's calculator and load wattage is 215watts, it recommends 265watts.
