Blue Screens daily.

The only thing I can think of was switching from Avira to Avast because I was having blue screens with Avira. I had another crash a few days that corrupted my user profile, and was unable to fix it with DISM the sfc because they could not complete, or registry editing. The only hardware change was switching video cards (was blue screening before that) and adding some additional memory (also I believe crashing before the addition). I added the memory awhile ago, so I can't really remember if I was crashing then.

Are you able to track which activity/tasks trigger the blue screen? Try removing the additional memory and observe.

I'll wait for someone more knowledgeable to study your dmp files. (don't think the link is loading though).

make sure you share the file for public access. Attempts to get the .dmp file require a login

bugcheck looks like it came from the USB subsystem.
you would need to change the memory dump type from a minidump to a kernel dump and provide the c:\windows\memory.dmp file.

so it can be the BIOS, the USB 3.0 drivers or any driver using the usb subsystem.
you should make sure you have the current bios and the machine USB drivers from your motherboard vendor website.
(looks like you have the generic Microsoft drivers installed)

this driver causes corruption:
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ScpVBus.sys Sun May 5 14:31:26 2013

this is a old driver, not sure what it does:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartEAR 3D\x64\SvSmEar2.sys Thu Apr 18 18:18:20 2013

suspect USB driver:
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\VBoxUSBMon.sys Tue Sep 15 20:25:39 2015

not sure why the timestamps were removed from your win32k file.
you might want to run cmd.exe as an admin then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

machine info:

I've removed the Scpvbus driver. I tried running driver verifier and I wasn't even able to boot because it would crash because of that driver. Afterwards I was able to boot running driver verifier. SmartEAR was some software supported by my motherboard I believe. I'm not quite sure what the VboxUSB was for.

Scpvbus was a driver for some software called DS4Windows which was for getting a PS4 controller to act as an Xbox 360 controller.

If it crashes again then I guess I'll have to go from there but for now I'm hoping that this was the main cause.

Thanks for the help.

- windows kernel has been hacked.
-something hiding in your pagefile
- many of your windows files don't match official builds

your devices on your usb 3 are having there usb port rest over and over
I would make sure your BIOS is up to date and you have matching USB 3 drivers for from your motherboard vendors website. Looks like you are using the default windows USB drivers rather than the motherboard driver. You might consider moving your devices to a USB 2 port to see if they work without resetting the port. (or remove the device and its driver)
use usbview.exe this version works pretty well: http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html

overall, I would just do a clean install of windows to get rid of the modified files, then update the motherboard BIOS and motherboard drivers and do a full winodow update.

the reason the system bugchecked was somehow the cpu tried to execute code at a invalid memory address (0xf)
you are also running a old build Built by: 16299.15.amd64fre.rs3_release.170928-1534
with out the current updates. (get the current window build directly from Microsoft to avoid malware/viruse/ rootkits)

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded and installed (as far as I can tell) the USB 3.0 controller from the mobo's page on the manufacturers website. Bios is currently up to date.

I did recently do a fresh install of windows which was last month, but I'm updating it to this newer build and moved my mouse which is the only thing in a 3.0 to a 2.0.

well, the bad thing about usb is that if you plug a device in to a usb port then the device driver gets installed, then when you move the device to a different port the driver just gets hidden rather than uninstalled. This can mean that a device driver that is broken can still be causing problems.

you can google on how to unhide hidden usb devices or download usbview.exe from this location:
http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html

I think it will let you delete the hidden drivers.
(I would guess that it is the c media audio driver that causes the problem)
