Blue screens when not in safe mode

Hello! I've been having problems with one of my computers. Last year, the CPU's heatsink broke off and the CPU overheated. After getting a new heatsink and CPU, the computer will blue screen when it's left alone for over 5 minutes. The odd thing is that this does not happen in safe mode. I have no idea what the problem could be. The bluescreen logs are in this link.

Its an Inspirion 570 with an upgraded cpu.

AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 B59 @ 3.4GHz
6GB RAM
64-bit OS
HD 4200 graphics card

0x00000124 can mean its overheating youre overclocking. Upload the dmp files themselves then post the link

This stop error 0x00000024 can mean the hdd is corrupt / it's failing. And you may have to replace it

Daemontools is also a known cause of crashes, and AMD overdrive

I do have daemon tools and I just uninstalled it. I'm going to leave the computer on for an hour out of safe mode and see if it blue screens again.

Update: It still crashed after I uninstalled Daemontools and I don't have AMD overdrive. It had the same bug check code. 0x00000124
