Getting constant crashes/blue screen while gaming/viewing video.

I have bluescreen view and it says caused by driver Wdf01000.sys

Event viewer also shows this "Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\ATI\CIM\Bin64\SetACL64.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFC,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50608.0" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis." every time there is a crash.

PC specs

Windows 7 64 bit(legit copy)
Asus M4a88t-v evo/usb3
4 gigs gkill ram(supported on the MB supported memory list w/ correct timings)
AMD phenom ii X4 965BE(not overclocked)
Radeon HD 5870(not overclocked)
Corsair 750W certified bronze power supply
WD Caviar Black HD

All temps are normal
CPU 42C under load
GPU 57C under load

All drivers are up to date, nothing is overclocked, i have all ready RMA'd the graphics card once and problem still happens so i dont think its that. Thought/help? thanks for whatever info you can give.

Without knowing the BSOD stop code, I'm shooting at thin air. Given how its a key Windows file thats crashing though, I'd make a guess the stop code is 0x0A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_TO, meaning a memory problem.

Run a memory test with either memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic and see if you RAM passes a memory test.
