Blue Snowball iCE mic - tilting up

I see many YouTubers doing setup videos. When they show their blue snowball ice mic, it's shown tilted up (the snowball part). I don't know how people screw in the snowball on the tripod to tilt it up.

Solution
You screw it into a bearing (See below). The microphone can pivot from that bit you connect it to.

So you can move it around that bit by applying a bit of force.
If a bit of force try a bit more
If that doesn't work . . . . send it back, brute force principle should not be applied here.
