[SOLVED] Blue tint after launching csgo

Hello, after I launched csgo I got some blue tint pver windows even if I turn off the game. It happeened for the first time yesterday but it went away after closing the game. Now it wont go away. I dont use any programs to change colors, and night mode is off.
Things I tried:
Changing colors in nvidia control panel
reinstalling gpu drivers
installing older gpu drivers
disconnecting monitors.

Can anybody please help me?

Edit: the colors just changed back when I was typing this, they will change when I launch cs again, what the hell is going on?

I forgot to mention that it changes the colors on both monitors. And it happens only with csgo, nothing else.

Fixed it: in msi dragon center there was some GAMING MODE enabled and it had some function "true color" just disabled it and its fixed. Still its weird because I didnt open that program for at least half a year.
