Blue tint on the top and yellow tint on the bottom

I have an Epson Powerlite 84 projector and there is a blue hue bar on the top of the screen and a yellow hue bar on the bottom of the screen. I have tried switching out the vga cable and switching computers and it doesn't work. Also it shows even when nothing is connected.

Sorry, the top quarter of the screen has a blue hue and the middle is fine (all colors appear normal) and the bottom quarter has a yellow hue. And the hues are always there.
