Blue tint over screen

I just bought a new screen and when i connected it i saw that it is a bit blue, like there would be a filter on it. I checked the cables but it was ok. Then i reconnected the old screen again but it didnt have any blue tint... What is the problem because i've connected my screen also to TV decoder and it looks great...

Are you connecting through VGA (the 15 pin connector) ?

1. Tried to change all monitor settings: nothing
2. Im using a wire that is PCVI TV:HDMI
