acer aspire a315-21 the bluetooth headset was working and i charged it then went to use it and the bluetooth option was no longer that just disappeared i updated everything nothing and went into device manager and got the above when clicked on bluetooth (had to select through hidden hardware theres alot of threads on blueooth stoping working all a sudden but no solutions

so i went to charge my bluetooth headphones and when i came back to use it the option to turn bluetooth on my laptop has dissapeared i did full windows update updated all bluetooth drivers and nothing.


This is on Windows 10
