Question Blue yeti adapter screw doesn't fit

I've recently bought a used Blue yeti microphone. I bought a stand to go with it and the little screw adapter that comes with it doesn't fit. Then I looked online and someone said that the black plastic adapter isn't good enough so i bought a metal one. It just arrived today and it still doesn't fit. it looks to be the right size and i looked online and some people are having the same problem. I didn't see any answers though.

So if anyone can help me it would be greatly apreciated.

Not much you can do here, if it does not fit, you need to get another adapter or try to sort out what is blocking the fit. Maybe there is already another adapter in the mic. If others are having the same issue, what anything suggested for them to check on?
