[SOLVED] Blue Yeti Mic not powering on when connected to Samsung S10+

Hi, I have connected my Blue Yeti mic to my Samsung S10+ with an OTG adapter but the mic isn't turning on and my device isn't detecting it.
Any ideas on a fix for this?

The port probably can't output enough power to power the mic. If you want to test that idea, get a dual headed USB cable and stick one end into an always on USB port on a computer that is shut off (to draw power but not detect it as a device).

Pretty sure you need a third party app to use a USB microphone. A quick Google search I found that "Open Camera" is fairly popular and allows you to do this in the apps settings.

Yes I have open camera on my phone but the mic is still not powering on.

It connects via USB and when I use with my laptop it powers on just not my phone.
