blue yeti microphone will voice monitoring work?

Alright so I have logitech g430 headsets which have voice monitoring, which means I can hear myself in my headset when I talk, so I know how loud I am talking. I wanted to know if I used a blue yeti microphone and connected the g430's to the blue yeti and then the blue yeti to my pc would it still have voice monitoring? I know you can enable voice playback on windows but it is always delayed by about a second and thats really annoying. If anyone knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm under the impression you can plug straight into the Blue Yeti however since you're using a G430 I don't know how to exactly 'split' the audio via a USB headset
