guys help
i got my wireless wifi adapter today and its a comfast cf926ac. However, when i plugged in and installed the setup and tried to connect to wifi, the bluescreen appeared
i am using i5 2400 and motherboard is b75 window 10 professional edition
bluescreen: page fault in nonpage area
reason:a6210.sys

a6210.sys is a netgear wireless driver, so it appears your comfast device uses those drivers.
originally for an A6210 Wifi Adapter. They don't come as Windows so must have just been installed.

so... what should i do then

did it install on win 10 before?

Are other PC newer or older/same age?

I see if I can find newer drivers for the netgear model
they are not the same age and i tried with win xp and window 10 (All in one pc) they both work just my pc doesnt work

its possible you have newest drivers as on Netgear website the newest version is 1.0.0.39 dated 30.05.2018 - https://www.netgear.com/support/product/A6210.aspx#Software Version 1.0.0.39 (Supports Win10)

i wonder what chipset it uses. The Comfast driver is a few months later but could be a reskinned copy.
This shows its a Mediatek chipset - http://en.techinfodepot.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Netgear_A6210

i don't know how new their drivers are - https://www.mediatek.com/products/broadbandWifi/mt7612u

have you got latest bios on motherboard?

How long ago did you install on other PC? was it using same installer? Win 10 changes over time with new version updates, and over time things that used to work with it no longer do. An AC adapter isn't that old though. I would expect drivers from 2018 to work still.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

IS adapter still in PC? Perhaps try connecting to bluetooth again and see if you get error again. We can confirm it is driver, if nothing else.

oh wait i just saw the drivers are from 2016,2013and 2014 so i think i have to update the driver to usb adapter

Also I got a problem now I cant even connect other wireless adapters the other one supposed to work but now I cant

It's a chinese unknown brand called huananzhi I use this cause I was planning to build a budget pc. Also the other one which is successful can only connect to 2.4ghz wifi and it's not enough strong connection for me so I bought a new one but I cant install the install process is failed and i gave up I am now fixing my 2.4ghz connection adapter

It doesn't help i have to use google translate on their website and it just leaves me on a blank page when i search for motherboard drivers.

BIOS aren't like adapter drivers, you can't try another one to see if it works. That has really bad results

You may need to uninstall all wifi drivers on PC to get the 2.4 to work.

may i ask how can I uninstall all wifi drivers

Uninstall the Wi-Fi driver.
  1. Uninstall your Wi-Fi driver. Windows* may have an inbox Wi-Fi driver for your wireless adapter. You can't uninstall an inbox driver (you won't see the "Delete the driver software for this device" option). Proceed to the next step if you start seeing the same version of the driver installed automatically after it’s uninstalled.
    1. Go to Device Manager.
    2. Expand the Network Adapters category.
    3. Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it.
    4. Make sure to select the option to Delete the driver software for this device.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. 3. install drivers
courtesy of intel so ignore the name of the driver above. it still works.
