Bluescreen after installing new processor

I recently installed the FX-8350 in my computer. This is my second time installing my processor, as I had to RMA the last one since my computer was having issues with it. Now I'm having problems again, and I'm wondering if the processor was really the problem. I'm getting the bluescreens DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED about once a day. I don't have this problem with my old processor, which was the FX-4100. I saved the bluescreens in BluescreenView instead of using the direct dumps, if you need those instead, or any other information, tell me. Thanks for the help in advance!
(Also, I ran the 4100 for over a year in between the first RMA and the second processor, so I highly doubt it's my memory or anything)

Okay, I figured it out! I think! I ran Prime95 Stresstest and Core 6 came back with an error after just the first test. This was after it freezing numerous times. I disabled cores 5 and 6 and I haven't had any problems since, which means I suppose the processor itself is faulty and I need to return it again. Hopefully they give me a usable one this time. Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure, I remember having to change a while ago but I don't know if it's the latest version, I imagine I could find it on the manufacturers website?

Alright, updating that now. Honestly didn't think about it since they were in the same line of processors, but I do think the 8000 series may have been released a bit later and there is a processor compatibility patch for my Motherboard. I'll check in if I have another problem or if I don't for a day or two.

Alright, it is still bluescreening. It was alright for a few days and ironically enough I was thinking about coming back to this post to pick best answer and boom, DRIVER_IRQL BSOD. Any other suggestions?

Tried it with no luck. I'm using a 620W PSU, which should be more than enough for a 125W processor and a single GPU. I set the voltage to the recommended for the 8350 and it bluescreened the next day.
