bluescreen error code 0x00000f4

While i startup my system or doing something this bluescreen errror code appears. Please help me it is very frustrating. I do not want to reinstall the os.

I already see lots of websites. Use a microsoft hotfix, windows update and also try regcleanpro. But nothing helped me.
