the bugcheck was in wininit.exe which initializes windows startup. it got errors and was terminated.
you might want to see if you can boot in safe mode. i would also run crystaldiskinfo.exe to see if your drive is having issues. (maybe it can not load from the disk due to errors)
you system was up for 13 minutes, normally the system boot would have completed by then. if safe mode boots, i would boot in regular mode and see what is in the startup that could remove

you have a very old build of windows with a old network driver, but you are using new vpn software. it could be hitting bugs in the old network driver:

update your network driver from here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

is that happening because I use vpn? if I uninstall the vpn will it fix the problem? tbh I don't really using the new vpn software.
and I'm using old version of nvidia driver 376.33 (2016 release) . could it be the case because I'm never update nvidia driver? last time I update nvidia I had fps issues in csgo that's why I keep using the old one.

sorry poor english.

i would think the network driver would be a secondary problem. download and run crystaldiskinfo.exe and see if your drive is having problems, windows 7 does not do low level repairs on the drive, you are expected to do them. window 8.x and above does some repairs.
crystaldiskinfo will read the smart data from the drive.
