Bluescreen [Ntoskrnl.exe) [tcpip.sys]

Solution
TCPIP.sys is a networking component. Any bugcheck in this will be caused by a ethernet driver.
So, you would update your motherboard ethernet driver, your wireless ethernet driver or sometimes your bluetooth wireless driver. If you have a USB ethernet driver you often have to update your BIOS and the CPU chipset and the USB 3.0 chipset drivers as well. (from your motherboard vendor if they have kept their drivers up to date)
