[SOLVED] Bluescreen on windows 10 while gaming

For a while now ive been getting blue screen while gaming (can happen while just using chrome too). The blue screen says windows will gather data and then restart but always gets stuck on 100% and never restarts on its own. I also have a while the computer is crashing to activate the task manager and if i succeed in doing so the computer doesnt crash. i can see in the task manager that the cpu usage stands on 100% but it quickly drops from it. i have intel 5 9600k, rtx 2070 and gigabyte z390UD motherboard. the game im playing when it crashes is usually no mans sky. Ill be happy for and assistance. Thanks.

Normally at the bottom of the blue screen it will say what the blue screen is. Try finding that next time it crashes and post it here.

Also you can try to use BlueScreenView to view the dumps but if you had to force restart your PC because it would not auto restart after it was done sending the error to Microsoft. Then it may not have properly logged the bluescreen so you may not be able to see it in BlueScreenView.

You have to provide more information about the problem bluescreen always comes with an error code that will help to identify what went wrong.

Check your PC for malware i have seen and experienced CPU mining malware that will mine and use alot of CPU the malware is programmed to close when task manager is an active program on the PC.
