bluescreen show on my face after about 3 hour work on computer

This probably looks like the "Blue Screen of Death". Could be that some Windows 7 Files are corrupted. To fix it you could possibly try to run the repair option from the Win 7 OS installation CD. Or worst case do a fresh install of the OS,
